It is the video, not the actual product that is great for your abs.... you laugh so hard watching it!

That's hilarious! I didn't realize that it moved for you, I thought the workout was that you moved it around. I was thinking it would be a good idea until Ellen showed how it actually worked. Now I think it would shoot me across the room like a slingshot!!

Hmm, seems to me it would be a better workout if you had to move it yourself. I found it funny. I sit in an office all day, could you imagine if a cutomer came in and saw me spinning away in my chair like that? Strange!
