I do have some vague memory of buying a "look" bag to cook a turkey in. <BR/>But I have had the privelege, several times, of having my family cook a turkey for me at my home (one of the benefits of being on bedrest every pregnancy!). We did enjoy the turkey in a variety of ways for a few days, then I just froze the rest. My hubby has this thing where he doesn't feel full unless there's meat in a dish, so I throw in a few pieces of turkey and bam! He's full! Amazing. I often save veggie scraps and chicken bones/gravy for soup, but never have enough meat... turkey goes well there too.<BR/><BR/>I love your header!
